Cancellations & Changes: Because our items are freshly prepared to order, cancellations or modifications must be made before 24 hours of your scheduled pickup/delivery time by contacting us directly.
Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage goods, all sales are final once prepared, picked up or delivered, except in cases where an error was made by Nasa Bakery & Café.
